Kestrel Property Solutions was built on a simple idea: property owners shouldn't have to manage a dozen different tradesmen to keep their home or business in good shape.
We bring roofing, landscaping, gardening and painting together under one roof. That means one point of contact, one trusted team, and a quality finish on every job — whether it's fixing a roof, building a patio, tidying a garden or giving your walls a fresh new look.
We take pride in honest work, clear communication and fair prices. Every project, however big or small, is carried out to a standard we're happy to put our name to.
On the roofing side, our team works across the whole roofline — from eaves, verges and guttering to soffits, fascias, ridges, hips and valleys. We replace battens, felting, sarking and underlay, fit new tiles and slates, install dormers and skylights, and carry out flashing, leadwork and mortar repointing at any roof pitch.
On the landscaping side, we build from the ground up — laying subbase, aggregate and MOT Type 1, screeding and paving, installing kerbing and edging, and creating hardstanding and retaining walls. We manage drainage, soakaway and ACO channels, lay turfing and topsoil, spread mulch, and build patios, decking, fencing and trellis — all finished with careful planting.
On the painting and decorating side, we prepare every surface properly — sanding, filler, caulk, knotting and a tack cloth before any paint goes on. We apply primer, undercoat, mist coat, emulsion, gloss, eggshell and satinwood, and finish with clean cutting in and laying off. For a special touch we offer stippling, stencilling, scumbling, gilding, limewash and distemper.
